    Harris Nesbitt Announces Agenda for Media & Entertainment Investor Conference

    NEW YORK, November 2, 2005 - Harris Nesbitt, the U.S. investment and corporate banking arm of BMO Financial Group (NYSE, TSX: BMO), will host its Media & Entertainment investor conference on Monday, Nov. 7, and Tuesday, Nov. 8, with a full slate of corporate presenters from the broadcasting, entertainment, Internet media and interactive entertainment industries.

    Harris Nesbitt equity research analysts Jeffrey Logsdon (Entertainment), Lee Westerfield (Media) and Edward Williams (Interactive Entertainment) will host the event. The two-day conference, taking place at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City, features corporate presentations and Q&A with senior management from leading media and entertainment companies. Highlights for the event's first day include author/media commentator Ken Auletta as the keynote speaker during the luncheon as well as a roundtable discussion with buyside analysts. The second day features an overview of the interactive entertainment industry by Mr. Williams.
