    Harris Nesbitt Adds Senior Industrial Products Banker to New York Investment Banking Team

    NEW YORK, June 15, 2004 - Harris Nesbitt, a leading mid-market investment and corporate bank, announced today that Steven Steinberg, Managing Director, has joined its Commercial & Industrial Products investment banking team.

    Mr. Steinberg will be located in the firm's New York office and will be responsible for providing clients in the industrial products sector with innovative financing solutions and strategic advice.

    With more than 13 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Steinberg has worked on significant domestic and cross-border transactions in a variety of industrial sub-sectors including: machinery, farm, construction, mining and electrical equipment.

    Most recently, Mr. Steinberg had been with Bear Stearns, where he was a Managing Director and founding member of its Industrial Products Group. He earned a BS from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
