Deanna Wise joins executive team at Banner Health

PHOENIX, AZ (Jan. 28, 2019) – Deanna Wise has been named as the new chief information officer (CIO) of Banner Health. Wise will oversee the development and implementation of key technologies and strategies within the organization's Information Technology division. She officially started with the company on Monday, Jan. 28.

Wise comes to Banner from Dignity Health where she served as CIO since 2011. She also served as CIO at other health care organizations, including Vanguard Health Systems and Abrazo Health Care. Wise’s work has received recognition, including her induction into the CIO Hall of Fame in 2018.
