MESA, Ariz. (Sept. 11, 2019) -- Banner Children’s Physical Therapy is now pleased to provide a wide array of outpatient pediatric physical therapy services to children and their families. Located at 2225 W. Southern Ave. on the campus of Banner Desert Medical Center, the center is committed to helping children achieve their highest potential for participation in school, activity and life.

At Banner Children’s Physical Therapy, the therapy team – consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists – will help children live better through the power of physical, occupational and speech-language therapy. The therapists provide customized one-on-one care that helps children who may be recovering from surgery or chronic conditions, or with developmental, neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions to restore and enhance their mobility.

Banner Children’s applies the latest pediatric treatments in a play-based environment to ensure each child gets the care they need. The center is pleased to offer complimentary developmental screenings, and features an indoor gymnasium and swimming pool, as well as an outdoor grassy area where kids can participate in therapy sessions.

“At Banner Children’s Physical Therapy, we love making therapy fun and functional in order to meet the goals of our kids and families,” said Ms. Lauren Lindley, P.T., vice president of operations for Banner Children’s and Banner Physical Therapy. “We are excited to serve as an outpatient resource for families in Mesa and other surrounding communities who may need physical, occupational and speech-language therapy for their children.”
