FORT COLLINS, Colo. (Aug. 20, 2020) – With COVID-19 looming and influenza season approaching, Banner Health medical experts urge people to make sure to get a flu shot this year to protect themselves and others.
Due to COVID-19, the following precautions will be taken at each of the Banner Community Wellness flu clinics:
- Social distancing
- Use of proper personal protective equipment including masking by providers. People seeking a flu shot also are required to mask.
- Use of proper cleaning practices throughout the clinic
People wanting a flu shot can pay in cash, credit card check and Medicare Part B. Please bring your Medicare Part B card. The flu shot is $35. Vaccinations for Tdap ($65) and tetanus ($45) also are available.
