WORLAND, Wyo. – Banner Health Clinic is pleased to announce the addition of Sarah-Anne Galloway, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, to the family medicine team as a nurse practitioner. Galloway started seeing patients Monday, Jan. 23.
Galloway specializes in family medicine, with an emphasis in women’s health, providing quality health care to all members of the family in the Worland community. She plans to integrate holistic and integrative healthcare into her overall practice.
“My goal as a nurse practitioner is to be an innovative nursing and community leader, while upholding professionalism and integrity,” said Galloway. “I plan to accomplish this by keeping up to date on current evidence based practice and continuing my education to provide quality care to my patients and community members in Worland.”
Galloway spent the past three and a half years working as a registered nurse in various areas at Washakie Medical Center including the emergency department, the medical surgical unit as resource/charge nurse, and the clinic.
She recently completed her master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Illinois. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program.
She began her career journey as a certified nursing assistant in 2009 and obtained her licensed practical nursing degree from Sheridan College in Sheridan, Wyo., in 2010. She has been a registered nurse since 2011 after completing her associate’s degree in applied science-registered nursing from Sheridan College followed by a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colo., in 2013.
