Banner Health recruits new obstetrician to Brush

BRUSH, Colo. – A new obstetrician/gynecologist has joined Banner Health Clinic in Brush bringing new experiences to the community.

Terry Groff, MD, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and fellowship trained in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. He comes to Morgan County from Corpus Christi, Texas, where he was in private practice.

Dr. Groff earned his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, W.V. He completed a surgical internship at the Naval Hospital in Boston and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Naval Medical Center in San Diego. He completed his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, N.C.

Dr. Groff served in the U.S. Navy as a flight surgeon and as an obstetrician/gynecologist at Naval Hospitals in San Diego, Bremerton, Wash., and Bethesda, Md. 
He has a special interest in pregnancy care, Cesarean deliveries, contraception and sterilization, well-being exams and other obstetric and gynecologic conditions. 
In his spare time, Dr. Groff is an amateur outdoor photographer who enjoys hiking, fishing, cooking for company, building models of sailing ships, researching his family’s tree and reading historical books.
