AMERIS BANK MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL LOAN

Ameris Bank recognizes the unique needs of medical professionals who may need flexibility regarding student loan debt, time on the job and down payment requirements. The Ameris Bank Medical Professional Loan provides up to 100% financing with no private mortgage insurance for the following occupations: MDs, osteopaths, physician assistants, dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians, chiropractors, podiatrists, maxillofacial surgeons, ophthalmologists and optometrists (including residents and fellows). COMMUNITY PARTNERS PROGRAM

The Community Partners Program helps those who serve our communities with down payment assistance to achieve the dream of homeownership. This program provides up to $10,000 in down payment assistance for current or retired law enforcement officers, firefighters, healthcare workers and educators who meet the program eligibility requirements. Additional program eligibility requirements apply. Homebuyer minimum contribution is $1,000. Contact an Ameris Bank mortgage banker to see if you may be eligible.
