OTTAWA, June 14, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - Air Canada's Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Duncan Dee, will be available at Ottawa International Airport this afternoon to brief media on Air Canada's contingency plans and provide an operational update after the airline's call centre and airport customer service agents in Canada, represented by the Canadian Auto Workers (CAW) union, began strike action today at 12:01 ET.
