SINGAPORE, July 21, 2021 -- Today, Tripadvisor® announces the winners of its 2021 Travellers' Choice® "Best of the Best" Restaurants awards, with five new categories of must-visit restaurants no matter where you are or what you crave, based on traveller reviews of people who have dined there before. From favorite Fine Dining establishments for the more discerning taste buds and the Date Night category to set the romantic mood, to the Hottest New Restaurants and Best Vegan Spots serving up some of the tastiest plant-based grub. These award-winning restaurants have something to suit every type of palate.
The title of Singapore’s #1 Fine Dining restaurant goes to the Summer Pavilion (also ranked #4 in Asia and #24 in the World!). The one Michelin star Summer Pavilion offers authentic Cantonese cuisine and innovative modern presentations for lunch and dinner. Serving lunch and dinner, the Chinese garden-inspired setting features hand-painted tableware, six private dining rooms and a tea salon offering specialty selections from Tea Bone Zen Mind.
New this year, the Picture-Perfect Restaurants category celebrates those places that have a serious wow factor, not just for the food but the restaurant setting as well. These stunning spots are worth a thousand selfies and it’s not surprising to see why Singapore’s Peach Blossoms, has made it to the World list, coming in at #13. With views of the iconic Marina Bay and natural light streaming in through the windows, Peach Blossoms offers a warm and inviting ambience for a culinary discovery into a whole new world of Chinese dining.
If you’re looking to start the day with avo toast and mimosas, the Best Brunch Spots category - another newbie for 2021 - has you covered. One Singaporean restaurant has made it to the World list, ranked #9 - The Kitchen Table. The W Singapore’ bright, airy and cheery all-day dining restaurant promises hearty breakfasts, delicious lunches and indulgent dinners. It is also the stage for the W’s legendary buffet brunches. Even the pickiest eaters can find something amidst the live stations, variety of desserts (which includes a chocolate fountain), grills, carvery, seafood, local food and more.
