SINGAPORE, June 29, 2016 – TripAdvisor®, the travel planning and booking site, has announced the winners of its Travellers’ Choice™ awards for Amusement Parks, with Universal Studios Singapore named No. 1 in Asia.
Award winners were determined using an algorithm that took into account the quantity and quality of reviews and ratings for amusement parks and water parks worldwide, gathered over a 12-month period.
This is the third consecutive year Universal Studios Singapore has picked up the No. 1 award for Asia’s top amusement park.
“Universal Studios Singapore has once again been lauded as Asia’s leading amusement park by travellers all over the world,” said Janice Lee Fang, TripAdvisor’s Communications Director for Asia Pacific. “Our TripAdvisor data shows that travellers should look at spending their fun-filled holidays at the park in November when it is most affordable to visit1, and they can plan ahead by booking their one-day passes on TripAdvisor.”
