Parham Javaheri joined Life Time® in 2004. In support of the Company’s mission to provide entertaining, educational, friendly and inviting, functional and innovative experiences that meet the health and fitness needs of the entire family, Parham’s focus has been in the areas of real estate acquisitions, development, entitlements and government relations. He has lead the real estate and development team since 2014.
Today, Parham is applying his more than 20 years of experience and leadership in real estate, development, construction and engineering leadership as Life Time extends its brand with the development of large, mixed-use lifestyle centers that feature Life Time Athletic destinations along with residential, office, retail, entertainment and medical spaces and services that encompass the full spectrum of daily life for individuals, couples and families of all ages.
As the Healthy Way of Life Company, Life Time helps organizations, communities and individuals to achieve total health objectives, athletic aspirations and fitness goals by engaging in their areas of interest – or discovering new passions – both inside and outside of Life Time’s distinctive destinations, most of which operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To this opportunity, Parham also brings a proven track record in commercial real estate acquisition and development, including green field, environmentally contaminated and adaptive re-use projects, along with extensive experience in assembling and leading project teams of internal and external professionals to complete budgets, schedules, site feasibility, zoning and rezoning, approvals and permitting, across the United States and Canada.
Prior to Life Time, Parham served as a civil engineering consultant at Aliant Engineering.
