CHANHASSEN, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Life Time Fitness (NYSE: LTM), the healthy way of life company, today announced the opening of The Herb Box, an eatery and market specializing in all-natural, organic items, on December 13. Located in the Eden Prairie Life Time Athletic Club at 755 Prairie Center Drive, the Herb Box concept will provide members and guests with an incredible array of healthy, high-quality organic breakfast, lunch and dinner items that support Life Time’s healthy way of life commitment. The Herb Box offering will replace Life Time’s former restaurant, Zahtar.

Based upon a track record of operating successful restaurants for years in Arizona, the menu will include popular Herb Box dishes, such as the market street steak salad, brown sugar pork ciabatta and market street short rib tacos.
