BNY Mellon Expands Treasury Services Team with Appointment of Edith Rigler

LONDON, December 10, 2012 — BNY Mellon, the global leader in investment management and investment services, has appointed Edith Rigler to the role of Business Strategy and Market Solutions Market Manager for Treasury Services, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Reporting to Peter Hazou, Head of Market Management for Treasury Services, EMEA, Rigler joins BNY Mellon from a project-based strategy role at global consulting firm Treasury Strategies. She has over 25 years’ international experience in global cash management, encompassing product and project management, marketing strategy, sales and research, and senior positions at the Euro Banking Group, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Citibank and Chase Manhattan in Frankfurt, Zurich, London and New York.

Rigler holds degrees from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business (New York University) and the University of Vienna.
