(Grupo TMM) as successor depositary bank for its American depositary receipt (ADR) program. Each Grupo TMM ADR represents five common shares and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "TMM." The common shares trade on the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores under the symbol "TMM A."
