BNY Mellon Corporate Trust Appointed Trustee and Paying Agent for Utah Housing Corporation's $18.88 Million Bond Issue

NEW YORK, December 10, 2009 — BNY Mellon Corporate Trust has been appointed trustee and paying agent for the Utah Housing Corporation's $18.88 million bond issue. Utah Housing Corporation and Wasatch Advantage Group will use the proceeds of the issue, which is one of the largest uses of Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) funds in Utah, to build Florentine Villas, the largest affordable housing development in Utah to begin construction using funds issued through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

In its role, BNY Mellon Corporate Trust will provide a variety of services for the debt issue, including processing principal and interest payments and maintaining bondholder records.
